Terms of Service

Terms of Service (Salvo Migration)

Effective date: 21 January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salvo Migration’s websites and any consultations, services, bookings, digital products, or payments provided by Salvo Migration (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our websites, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or purchasing a product/service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our websites or purchase from us.

1) Definitions

Websites means any website, landing page, funnel, form, booking page, or shop page operated by Salvo Migration.

Services means consultations, migration support, document preparation, strategy sessions, and related services we offer.

Digital Products means downloadable resources, templates, guides, and similar products sold through our online shop.

You means any person using our Websites or purchasing our Services/Digital Products.

Third-Party Providers include platforms we use to operate our Websites, manage enquiries/CRM/automations, and process payments (including Nurturly and Stripe).

2) Website use and acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

misuse the Websites, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorised access;

upload or transmit harmful code;

use the Websites to send spam or unlawful communications;

copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish Website content without permission (except where allowed by law).

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3) General information only

Content on our Websites (including free resources) is general information only and may not apply to your circumstances. Immigration outcomes depend on many factors and no result is guaranteed.

Submitting a form or purchasing a Digital Product does not automatically create a client relationship.

4) No client relationship until engagement is confirmed

A client relationship typically begins only when:

we confirm we can act for you; and

you accept our written engagement terms (and pay any required fees/deposit).

We may decline to act due to conflicts, capacity, suitability, or other reasons.

5) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate and complete information;

provide documents and instructions on time;

tell us promptly if anything changes that may affect your matter.

Delays or incorrect/incomplete information can affect timelines and outcomes.

6) Fees, quotes, and third-party charges

Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Quotes/estimates may change if circumstances change or additional work is required.

Government fees and third-party costs (e.g., translations, medicals, police checks) are separate unless clearly stated as included.

7) Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed via Stripe. By paying through our checkout or invoice links, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

We do not store full card details.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause delivery/work until payment is resolved.

Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in access being suspended while the dispute is handled.

8) Consultations: bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling

Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking:

Rescheduling: allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations / no-shows: fees may be forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not attend.

We may reschedule: if we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a new time or a refund for that session.

Digital Products Terms

This section applies to purchases of Digital Products through our online shop, including products delivered immediately by download or access link.

9) Digital delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically after successful payment (e.g., download files and/or access links).

You are responsible for entering a correct email address and ensuring your device/software can access the files.

If you cannot access your purchase, email [email protected] with your purchase details and we’ll help.

10) Licence and permitted use (no sharing / no resale)

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a licence to use it — not ownership.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, your licence is:

non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

for your personal use (or your household/relationship for your own visa matter)

You must not:

share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files/templates (free or paid);

upload them to public websites/forums/social media/shared drives where others can access them;

copy the content to create competing products.

11) Digital Products disclaimer (no legal advice)

Digital Products are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal advice and do not create a client relationship. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

12) Refunds for Digital Products

Because Digital Products are delivered immediately and can be copied once accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided.

However, we will provide an appropriate remedy where:

the file is corrupted/defective or materially not as described (e.g., cannot be opened), which may include replacement access or a refund if we cannot reasonably fix the issue; and/or

you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

13) Third-party platforms (Nurturly)

Our forms, CRM records, communications, and automations may be managed through Nurturly and related service providers. You acknowledge that communications and service delivery may rely on third-party systems and may occasionally be affected by outages or delivery issues outside our reasonable control.

14) Intellectual property

All content on our Websites and within our Digital Products (including text, graphics, templates, downloads, logos, and brand assets) is owned by or licensed to Salvo Migration. You must not reproduce or distribute it beyond the licence granted in these Terms.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or lost opportunity);

where permitted, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service/product or the cost of doing so.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

16) Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our Websites or purchasing, you consent to our handling of your information in accordance with that policy.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on our Websites. The effective date will be updated above.

18) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
