Timing starts when the file is ready. The standard 10-business-day or Fast Track 5-business-day timeframe is for our review of a complete package—not the time you may need to prepare it, make corrections or lodge it.

Application Review is a short, limited-scope engagement that ends after we deliver the written report and hold the review call. Full Representation continues through preparation, lodgment, ongoing management and the application decision.

How long does the review take?
The standard turnaround is 10 business days from the date we accept your complete, organised and review-ready application package. The period can pause if material is missing, arrives in stages or requires the scope to be reassessed.
Can I get the review faster?
Yes. Add Fast Track for $1,000 inc GST and we will complete the review within 5 business days instead of 10. Fast Track timing begins when we accept one complete, organised and review-ready package and is confirmed in your written service agreement. The total Review Service fee with Fast Track is $3,997 inc GST.
Does the service include coaching calls?
No. The Review Service does not include coaching calls during preparation. It includes one 30-minute review and pre-lodgment call after we issue the written feedback.
Will Salvo Migration correct or lodge my application?
No. You remain responsible for deciding how to address the feedback, making the corrections and lodging the application. Drafting, rewriting, uploading and lodgment are not included.
Will you review my corrected application again?
A second review is not included. If you want us to examine corrected or new material, we can first assess whether a separate re-review or an upgrade to full representation is appropriate.
What does the $2,997 fee cover?
The $2,997 inc GST fee covers the Review Service scope described on this page: the relevant Case File Resource Pack, one comprehensive application review, structured written feedback and one 30-minute review and pre-lodgment call. We confirm suitability and the final written scope before work begins.
Are government charges included?
No. Department of Home Affairs application charges, police checks, medicals, translations and other third-party costs are additional. You are responsible for those costs and for paying the government charge when you lodge.
Does a review guarantee the visa will be approved?
No. Home Affairs decides every application. The review is limited to the package supplied and the agreed scope; past successful matters and case-file examples do not guarantee a future result.
